摘要
主要介绍水性阳离子颜料色浆染色原理及应用工艺.通过新工艺和新助剂的应用,制成了一种新类型阳离子颜料色浆,解决了传统颜料色浆在纤维素纤维中染色上染率低及色牢度差问题.织物前处理免改性工艺大大节约了颜料色浆染色的废水和能耗,降低了加工成本,是一种新型的节能环保的新材料,在织物染色、炒色、修色、喷淋等加工中具有广泛的市场前景.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the dyeing principle and application technology of water-based cationic pigment paste.A new type of cationic pigment color paste was prepared through the application of new technology and new additives,and solves that problems of low dye uptake and poor color fastness of traditional pigment paste in cellulose fib dyeing.The fabric pretreatment without modification process greatly saves the wastewater and energy consumption of pigment paste dyeing and reduces the processing cost.It is a new energy-saving and environment friendly material,which has a broad market prospect in fabric dyeing,color frying,color modification,spraying and other processing.
