铁金属配合物对棉针织物的低温漂白性能研究

在棉针织物节能减排染整技术发展的要求下,铁金属配合物因合成工艺简单、成本低廉、对环境友好而受到重视.文章对比了不同铁系仿酶催化剂的漂白效果,筛选出性能优异的催化剂,并研究了H2O2 浓度、NaOH浓度、漂白时间及漂白温度等因素对织物漂白效果的影响.
Under the requirements of the development of energy-saving dyeing and finishing technology of cotton knitted fabrics,iron metal complexes have been paid more attention due to their simple synthesis process,low cost and environmentally-friendly performance.Herein,the bleaching performance of different iron-based mimic enzyme catalysts was compared,and the catalyst with excellent performance was selected.The effects of H2O2 concentration,NaOH concentration,bleaching time and bleaching temperature on the bleaching effect of fabrics were investigated in detail.
