Abstract
Chestnut shells contain natural pigment components,which are much safer than synthetic pigments and meet the safety requirements of modern consumers for food and cosmetics.This article analyzes the application of chestnut shell pigments in industries such as food,cosmetics,textile printing and dyeing,aiming to reveal the development potential of their abundant pigment resources.
