This paper examines the application of generative AI in interior design,evaluating its impact on the design process through practical assessments.The study reveals that generative AI tools enhance work efficiency,stimulate innovation,enable personalized design,expedite design iteration,and improve user experience.Despite existing challenges,the prospects for generative AI in interior design are promising,heralding a transformative shift in the industry.
