Northeast China is rich in history and culture and unique in natural landscape.This paper discusses how to use Dalian's cultural resources and natural landscape to promote the development and innovation of cultural and creative products and enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of tourism.Through analyzing the present situation of tourism and cultural resources in Dalian,this paper puts forward the design and development of cultural and creative products to promote the sustainable development of economy and society.
