缠枝莲纹铜盘由1 500米深海打捞出水,器身较薄且有开裂及残损.采用Go!Scan spark三维激光扫描仪和联泰Lite600工业级3D打印机,获取缠枝莲纹铜盘模型数据,并制作完整3D模型,不仅复制了文物表面纹饰,并对残缺处进行补缺,同时模型在保护修复过程中对文物起到承托加固作用.三维激光扫描技术结合3D打印技术可最大限度复原文物原貌,永久保留文物数字化信息,方便携带及展览展示,对传播历史文化具有重要意义.
The lotus pattern copper plate was salvaged from the deep sea of 1 500 meters,and the body was thin,cracked and damaged.Go!Scan spark 3D laser scanner and Lite600 industrial 3D printer,obtain the data of the copper disk model,and make a complete 3D model,not only copy the surface decoration of the cultural relics,and make up for the deficiencies,but also play a supporting and strengthening role in the protection and restoration process of the cultural relics.3D laser scanning technology combined with 3D printing technology can restore the original appearance of cultural relics to the maximum extent,permanently retain the digital information of cultural relics,convenient to carry and display,which is of great significance for the dissemination of history and culture.
