Based on the perspective of the"Tianya Mingyue Knife"original painting of characters and scene design,the application and development of database and virtual painting technology in the field are discussed.The paper improves the level of creation,brings more innovation and breakthrough for the original painting design in the figure and scene design of the use of database and virtual painting technology.
