无缝空气过滤材料制备技术研究进展

为促进空气过滤材料的无缝设计与可持续发展,总结了现有空气过滤材料及滤袋的国内外研究现状,重点梳理分析了空气过滤材料及滤袋的制备研究进展,包括PTFE的使用、纬编无缝编织设备、圆筒针刺、空气过滤材料性能及有限元模拟研究.结合目前空气过滤材料的发展实际,从原料使用、结构设计成型、性能分析三方面,深入研究了无缝空气过滤材料,指出开发符合产业需求的高性能无缝空气过滤材料将是未来研究方向.
To promote the seamless design and sustainable development of air filtration materials,the current research status of air filtration materials and bags at home and abroad was summarized,with a focus on the progress of the preparation of air filtration materials and bags,including the use of PTFE,warp knitting seamless weaving equipment,cylinder needling,and the study of the performance and finite element simulation of air filtration materials.Combining the actual development of air filtration materials,the study deeply explored seamless air filtration materials from three aspects of raw material use,structural design and molding,and performance analysis.It was pointed out that developing high-performance seamless air filtration materials that meet industrial needs will be the future research direction.
