This paper investigates the impact of screen printing technology on the quality of silver paste printing in photovoltaic cell production,and analyzes the impact of different mesh overlap methods on the undulation height and cross-sectional area of grid lines.Experiments have shown that knotless overlapping will reduce grid line height fluctuations and increase cross-sectional area.This research provides an important reference for screen design and process optimization,and is especially of practical significance in improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
