丙烯酸乳液的合成及其对凹版水性油墨印刷性能的影响

研究合成核壳结构的丙烯酸乳液,发现先制备壳层再制备核层,控制壳层中分子量调节剂的用量,可以使丙烯酸乳液及其相应的凹印水性油墨具有优异的耐乙醇稀释稳定性、极佳的持续印刷稳定性、良好的附着力和抗粘连性,同时具备优良的复溶性和耐水擦拭性能.
Abstract
Acrylic emulsions with core-shell structure were synthesized.It was found that preparing the shell layer first and then the core layer,and controlling the amount of molecular weight modifier in the shell layer,can make the acrylic emulsions and their corresponding gravure printing aqueous inks have excellent ethanol dilution resistance stability,excellent sustained printing stability,good adhesion and anti-adhesion,and at the same time have excellent re-solubility and water wiping resistance.
