基于现代学徒制的旅游文创设计专业人才培养模式探索

摘要
以主题文创开发任务为典型案例,阐述了整个"产学研用"创新链构建与专业设计人才现代学徒制培养进行模式对接的全过程,将现代学徒制结合项目制进入高校的文创设计教学,并充分与创新创业能力构建相结合,以设计落地与产业对接为导向,促进文创设计成果的转化,探索文化赋能于文旅产业.
Abstract
With theme and development task as a typical case,this paper expounds the whole"industry university research and application"innovation chain construction and professional design talents modern apprenticeship training mode process of docking,the modern apprenticeship project system into the university and design teaching,and fully combined with innovation entrepreneurial ability to build and design the ground and industry docking as the guidance,promotes the transformation of design achievements,explores culture fu can in brigade industry.
