With the development of social science and technology civilization and social productive forces,furniture design should strive to meet the needs of different groups.As a minority group,the convenience of life of the disabled is not within the scope of the public's vision,which leads to the reduction of the quality of life of this group and is forced to adapt to the situation of traditional furniture.This paper takes the innovative research on furniture for the disabled as the theme,chooses the physically disabled as the target group,and focuses on assisting the physically disabled to live independently and conveniently based on the existing furniture products in the market,so as to provide a theoretical basis for solving the furniture needs of the disabled groups in the design industry.
