To analyze the difficulties in radiation safety management of large general hospital,the radiation safety management was promoted from 5 dimensions:management system,whole life cycle management of equipment and prefect,personnel man-agement,information management and cultural construction.The scientific safety management system was established,and whole life cycle management model was used as reference to formulate management system in combination with actual situation of hospital,clarify division of powers and responsibilities,strengthen personnel management,actively perform information con-struction and cultural construction,and regularize,normalize and standardize the management.It is necessary to fully under-stand the importance of radiation safety,ensure scientific development of radiation safety management,and reduce potential human health and environmental safety risks.
