摘要
近几年来,医用磁共振设备装机量居高不下,尤其是3.0 T磁共振设备.磁共振由于设备的特殊性,机房选址和建设需要严格遵循相关要求.文章总结了医用3.0 T磁共振设备机房准备过程中需要注意的问题,主要包括机房场地准备和屏蔽施工两方面的内容.场地准备主要考虑周围环境对磁共振设备的影响及磁共振产生的磁场对周围设备的干扰,以及场地承重、墙面、地面、吊顶及运输通道等的要求.机房屏蔽包括磁屏蔽、射频屏蔽及失超管的施工要求,以及射频屏蔽检测标准和方法.
Abstract
In recent years,the installed capacity of medical magnetic resonance equipment has increased,especially 3.0 T magnetic resonance equipment.The site selection and construction of magnetic resonance room need to strictly follow relevant re-quirements due to equipment particularity.The problems that need to be paid attention to in the preparation process of the medi-cal 3.0 T magnetic resonance equipment room mainly include the room site preparation and shielding construction.The site preparation is mainly considered in influence of surrounding environment on magnetic resonance equipment and interference of magnetic field generated by magnetic resonance on surrounding equipment,as well as the site load-bearing,wall,ground,ceil-ing and transportation channel.The construction requirements of magnetic shielding,radio frequency shielding and quench tube,as well as the detection standards and methods of radio frequency shielding are included in machine room shielding.
