一种野战便携式加压冷疗系统的研制

目的 设计一种野战便携式加压冷疗系统,实现患者野战医疗中或者移动中的冷却治疗。方法 以AT89C52为主控制芯片,采用半导体制冷片进行冷却水,加压气泵对冷疗系统内部进行加压,一方面将冷却水传送至冷疗袖套上,一方面对冷却袖套进行充气加压,进而实现患者的加压冷却治疗。系统采用DS18B20温度传感器采集温度,采用BMP280压力传感器采集压力,便于加压冷疗的精确监测和控制。结果 整个加压冷疗系统结构采用一体化、轻量化设计,各电路模块采用低功耗和智能唤醒设计,系统功能具备完好的冷疗温度、冷疗压力、冷疗时间等功能选择。经过临床测试,野战便携式加压冷疗系统体积较小,质量轻,便于携带;功耗低,续航时间长,野战能力强;操作简单,功能齐全,能够满足患者户外的冷却治疗。结论 该系统非常适合野战医疗和患者的户外加压冷疗,对于提高患者冷疗效果,具有较大的意义。
Development of portable field pressurized cryotherapy system
Objective To design a portable field pressurized cryotherapy system for patients in field medical treatment or mobile cryotherapy.Methods AT89C52 was used as the main control chip,semiconductor refrigeration chip was used for cooling water,pressurized air pump was used to pressurize internal part of cryotherapy system.On the one hand,the cooling water was pumped to cryotherapy sleeve,and on the other hand,the cooling sleeve was inflated and pressurized to achieve pressure cryotherapy of patient.The system used DS18B20 temperature sensor to collect temperature and BMP280 pressure sensor to collect pressure,which was convenient for accurate monitoring and control of pressurized cryotherapy.Results The whole structure of pressurized cryotherapy system was integrated and lightweight designed.Each circuit module was designed with low power consumption and intelligent wake-up design,which with complete functional selection of cryotherapy temperature,cryotherapy pressure,cryotherapy time and so on.After clinical testing,the field portable pressurized cryotherapy system met outdoor cryotherapy requirements,which were small volume,light weight,easy to carry,and showed low power consumption,long battery life,strong field capability,with simple operation and well-designed features.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the system is suitable for patients with field medical and outdoor pressurized cryotherapy,which of great significance for improving cryotherapy of patient.
