摘要
本文首先论述了课程思政下高职辅导员育人能力培养的内容及意义,而后分析了课程思政下高职辅导员育人能力提升的难点,最后提出提升高职辅导员育人能力的路径.认为通过不断优化课程思政所处环境、增强理论学习强化辅导员自身素质、明确辅导员在课程思政中的定位、完善辅导员队伍建设机制和培养体系这四个方面的努力,能够实现高职院校辅导员课程思政育人能力的全面提升.
Abstract
This paper firstly expounded the content and significance of the cultivation of higher vocational counselors'educational ability in the context of integrating ideological and political theories in all courses,then analyzed the difficulties,and finally proposed the improving paths.The improving paths included continuously optimizing the environment of integrating ideological and political theories in all courses,strengthening theoretical learning,clarifying the orientation of counselors and perfecting team construction mechanism and training system.
