数字创新如何赋能环保企业高质量发展
How Digital Innovation Has Empowered High Quality Development of Environmental Protection Enterprises

摘要
环保产业是推动绿色发展的关键力量,深度挖掘环保企业微观主体的升级机理,对环保企业实现高质量发展及国家顺利实施绿色发展战略具有重要意义.基于此,以2012-2021年沪深A股上市环保企业为样本,探究数字创新如何赋能环保企业高质量发展.研究表明,数字创新通过数字化转型的要素(组织结构转型、生产流程转型和商业模式转型)提升全要素生产率,赋能环保企业高质量发展.此外,只有规模化的绿色金融支持才能够显著强化数字创新对环保企业高质量发展的影响,而企业动态能力的提升会导致数字创新影响作用的边际效应递减.
Abstract
The environmental protection industry is a key force to promote green development.Deeply exploring the upgrading mechanisms of micro-subjects within environmental protection enterprises is of great significance for achieving high-quality development of these enterprises,and ensuring the smooth implementation of national green development strategies.Based on this,this paper took A-share listed environmental protection enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2021 as samples,and explored how digital innovation has empowered the high-quality development of environmental protection enterprises.The research showed that digital innovation enhanced total factor productivity through the elements of digital transformation,including organizational structure transformation,process transformation and business model transformation,thereby empowering the high-quality development of environmental protection enterprises.Furthermore,only scaled-up support from green finance could significantly strengthen the impact of digital innovation on the high-quality development of environmental protection enterprises,while the improvement of enterprise dynamic capabilities would lead to a diminishing marginal effect of digital innovation's influence.
