档案文化结构睡莲模型的构建与功能分析

摘要
依据"现象-要素-结构-功能"的研究思路,从档案文化概念中提炼出档案记载文化、档案事业文化与档案价值观念三个文化要素,并与睡莲模型中"莲花"、"茎秆"、"根脉"三个层次相对应,构建档案文化的睡莲结构.在此基础上,对结构的内部机理和外部机理进行分析,最终得出三者间存在主导与延伸、实现与反馈、继承与判断六种运行机理,且三者与档案用户、社会环境、社会文化观念间也存在着互动关系.内部运行机理和外部互动机理相互作用,其目的是推进档案价值观念的传播与认同.
Abstract
According to the research idea of"phenomenon-element-structure-function",the three cultural elements of archival culture,archival business culture and archival value concept are extracted from the concept of archival culture,and correspond to the three levels of"lotus","stem"and"root vein"in the water lily model to construct the water lily structure of archival culture.On this basis,the internal mechanism and external mechanism of the structure are analyzed,and finally it is concluded that there are six operating mechanisms between the three:dominance and extension,realization and feedback,inheritance and judgment,and there is also an interactive relationship between the three and the archive user,social environment and social and cultural concepts.The internal operation mechanism and the external interaction mechanism interact,the purpose of which is to promote the dissemination and recognition of archival values.
