The proposal of Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts has pointed the way for the high-quality development of the national archives,especially for the construction of the national discourse system of Chinese civilization based on archives services.On the construction of the national discourse system of Chinese civilization,the institutional,theoretical and resourceful advantage of archives play important role in the narration and discourse of Chinese civilization.It is especially that archives will contribute to interpret the uniqueness,continuity and universality of Chinese civilization.How to use archives as a tool to summarize,deduce and carry forward the Chinese civilization and build the national discourse system of Chinese civilization,it is suggested to consolidate the archival resource system based on"two coverings",improve the archival utilization system based on"two dimensions",build the archival theoretical system based on"two transformations"and build the archival external publicity system based on"two paths".
