The rapid development of digital technology has changed the existence and operation of archival information from the source,and has accelerated the qualitative change of the form of archival carriers from traditional paper to"digital".A large number of archival data has been formed and increased dramatically,and it has become a new object of archival governance.On the basis of sorting out the concepts related to archival data and governance,the concept of agile governance has been introduced,an integrated framework for agile governance of archival data has been constructed,and a three-dimensional action plan for"Data-Intelligence-Human"archival data agile governance has been proposed,which includes"data"full cycle management,"intelligence"linkage and services,and"human"talent cultivation and development,so as to establish an agile governance system for archival data.Based on this,it will help guide the practice of archival data governance and improve governance capabilities of archival data.
