The legal status of the responsibility system of archival work is defined in the newly revised Archives Law of the People's Republic of China in 2021.Constructing the responsibility system of archival work of colleges can strengthen the consciousness of archival management,improve the level of archival management and innovate the ways of archival service.Archivists in Jilin University were interviewed,and the development and implementation of the current responsibility system of archival work was investigated and analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward the strategies for constructing the responsibility system of university archives from four aspects:system guarantee,management optimization,job responsibility determination,and supervision and evaluation organization,so as to provide reference for related researchers.
