Open access to archives is an important means of realizing the value of archives.Analyzing concepts related to open access, appraisal, control, and audit of archives can help avoid confusion and ambiguity in theoretical understanding, and thus carry out archives work more accurately in practice.Using literature research, text analysis, and telephone interviews methods,on the one hand,it reviews the evolution of relevant concept bundles, and on the other hand,it interprets and compares the four dimensions of implementation subject, reference object, specific content, and results to discover their similarities and differences. The conclusions include:standardizing the use of terminology based on"concept bundles";avoiding artificially creating"broad"and"narrow"word games;maintaining consistency with legislative ideas and keep up with the times;enriching the connotation of terminology from multiple dimensions in theoretical research and practical application.
