In the context of international cultural exchange,the cooperative development of family genealogy between China and foreign countries can strengthen academic exchanges between China and foreign countries,and promote the flourishing of academic research on family genealogy;it also plays an indispensable role in exploring the economic,cultural,and educational value of family genealogy.At present,the Sino-foreign cooperation in the development of family genealogy has theoretical,research,and practical foundations.In the future,efforts can be made to jointly establish a mechanism for cooperation among main entities,accelerate the digital integration of family genealogy resources,promote the sharing of digital family genealogy resources and interdisciplinary research,and innovate the forms of family genealogy development.
