Enterprise archives are an important part of China's archives network system,and play an important role in supporting the business of enterprises as well as the high-quality development of national archives.Based on literature research,policy text analysis and practice survey,the environment of China's enterprise archives construction is systematically analyzed from the macro level,meso level and micro level.On this basis,based on the objective law of enterprise archives work,the research points out the future direction of China's enterprise archives construction:focusing on integrated planning,continuing to deepen the construction of the archives governance system;strengthening the whole chain,promoting the overall quality of the business work;strengthening the internal and external linkage,promoting the innovation of archives use and service mode;deepening the digital intelligence empowerment,integrating into the archives digital transformation;emphasizing the talents to strengthen the archives,and optimizing the growth environment for the archives staff.
