The digital quality management of archives is not only an important aspect of the construction of archive resource system,but also the essence of the construction of archive security system.On the basis of sorting out the current status of digital quality management policies for archives in the United States,this paper uses text analysis methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the Digitization Quality Management Guide,introduces its overall framework,and summarizes its content characteristics,and proposes that China can learn from the experience of the United States,strengthen the specialized policy requirements for digital quality management of archives,use comprehensive digital quality management methods for archives,implement graded and classified digital quality management of archives,improve the full chain digital quality management system of archives,and promote the healthy development of digital archives work.
