Ethnic minority archives are precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation,which play an irreplaceable role in inheriting ethnic culture and building ethnic identity.However,the current ethnic minority archives face many difficulties in terms of resource dispersion,institutional division,lagging digitization,and single inheritance subjects,which seriously restrict the full play of the cultural heritage value of archives.This study is based on the new development stage and implements the new development concept.By systematically sorting out the connotation characteristics and multidimensional values of ethnic minority archival cultural heritage,it deeply analyzes the prominent problems currently faced by ethnic minority archival cultural heritage.A path for integrating ethnic archives and cultural heritage has been proposed,which includes overall planning,solid foundation,strengthened cooperation,and expanded dissemination.The work of ethnic archives in the new era should focus on strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community,adhere to the development concept of putting the people at the center,and promote the formation of a new pattern of ethnic archives integration work that is coordinated,efficient,and involves multiple parties.
