The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has provided new opportunities for the revitalization and utilization of traditional cultural resources in China.As an important component of China's outstanding traditional culture,intangible cultural heritage archives can play a significant role in supporting rural cultural construction and promoting rural industrial development.Currently,China's intangible cultural heritage archives face various challenges,such as gaps in heritage transmission and the loss of materials,which urgently require attention and protection at the national strategic level.Based on the needs of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,this article discusses the fundamental approaches to rescuing and protecting intangible cultural heritage archives from a macro perspective,and explores effective methods for revitalizing and utilizing these archives from a micro perspective.
