Digital humanities project is an important starting point to implement the national cultural digitization strategy and promote the modernization of cultural governance.However,the coordination problems brought by the participation of multiple stakeholders are increasingly prominent,and it is urgent to build a scientific and reasonable coordination incentive mechanism.Based on the perspective of LAM institutional cooperation,this paper analyzes the stakeholders of digital humanities project on the basis of combing the basis of collaboration,designs the coordination incentive mechanism from the perspectives of system,material,spirit and development,and then discusses the key elements and implementation path of the coordination incentive mechanism.It aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for LAM institutions to cooperate in digital humanities projects in the digital age.
