The long-term preservation of archival digital resources has become an important issue of global archival management in the digital era.Based on an international perspective,this paper takes typical global digital archive resource long-term preservation policy texts as the research object,systematically sorts out the differences and commonalities of different countries in the strategic formulation background,target positioning,implementation plan,characteristics and other aspects through comparative analysis,and then analyzes the prominent problems faced by China in the formulation of long-term preservation policy of digital archive resources.It has put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as clarifying the main responsibilities of policymaking,formulating policy objectives in line with national conditions,making policies more consistent and scientific,refining targeted policy measures,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
