Focusing on international archival governance issues can help China better integrate into and participate in the global archival governance.Taking the 71 international archival conferences held by the International Council on Archives in the past years as the research object,this study analyzes the orientation characteristics and stage changes of international archival governance issues through qualitative data coding methods,summarizing their developmental trends.The study indicates that international archival governance topics are shifting from being business-oriented to comprehensive,from management-focused to governance-focused,and from inward-looking to outward-looking.Based on this,China should actively respond and continuously enhance its voice and influence in international archival governance.
