Sensitive word library is a product of the practice of archive opening appraisal work,a"necessary tool"for open review personnel and an"infrastructure"for the application of intelligent technology.How to construct a comprehensive scientifically accurate archival sensitive word library that meets the needs of open appraisal work is an urgent issue to be solved.This paper reviews the current research on the construction of archival sensitive word libraries,investigates and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the construction of sensitive word libraries in 26 provincial,municipal and district-level comprehensive archives.By introducing the theory of crowdsourcing,a"multi-archive,one-library,one-platform,dual-mechanism"crowdsourcing construction model for archival sensitive word libraries is proposed from the dimensions of subject,resource,technology and mechanism.Six comprehensive archives from"three provinces,two cities and one district"were selected to validate this model.The crowdsourcing construction model of the archival sensitive word library has practical significance for promoting the rapid implementation of open review work in archives at all levels and advancing the overall,long-term development of China's archival open review cause.
