文化与科技深度融合语境下档案文献遗产"活化"的驱动因素、困境与对策

摘要
文化与科技的深度融合正由重要性认知向紧迫性战略转变,因此,从更高层面文化与科技的深度融合维度来思考档案文献遗产的"活化"变得尤为关键.档案文献遗产"活化"包含政府、技术、场景和市场四个主要驱动因素.然而,在实际进程中,档案文献遗产与科技的"双轮驱动"存在偏颇性,同时,科技固有矛盾也不断侵入并引发新问题.据此,提出激活驱动因素的关键引擎作用,深化"互促共进"有效途径和释放科技内在"向善"潜力的应对之策.
Abstract
The deep integration of culture and science and technology has changed from the importance cognition to the urgent strategy,and it has become particularly critical to think about the"activation"of archival documentary heritage from a higher level dimension of cultural and science and technology integration.The"activation"of archival documentary heritage includes four driving factors:government,technology,scene and market.In the actual process,the"activation"of archival documentary heritage also faces the dilemma that the"two-wheel drive"of heritage and science and technology is prominent and the inherent contradiction of science and technology is constantly invaded and leads to new problems.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to activate the key engine function of driving factors,deepen the effective way of"mutual promotion and common progress"and release the potential of"good"in science and technology.
