Promotion of Short Archival Video Under the Background of National Cultural Digitization Strategy
Driven by the active promotion of the national cultural digitization strategy,short archival video,as an emerging form of cultural communication,is becoming an important means of activating historical archives,popularizing cultural knowledge and enhancing public cultural participation.Based on the principles and tasks of the national cultural digitization strategy,this paper analyzes the current status of short archival video promotion,clarifies its value and the main tasks of promoting short archival video from the dimensions of resources,organization,technology and governance.It is proposed that the promotion of short archival video should focus on driving factors such as resource exploration,organizational restructuring,technological application,and governance improvement.
