In order to better promote the realization of the value of archival data elements and help the high-quality development of archival undertakings in the new era,it is urgent to deeply study the development law of archival data elements.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of archival data elements,this paper explains the unique connotation and generation mechanism of the value of archival data elements,and systematically discusses the healthy development path of archival data from resources to assets,from assets to capital,and from capital to industry from the new situation and new requirements faced by the development of archival data elements.Countermeasures and suggestions on resource accumulation,governance innovation,application expansion and ecological optimization are put forward in order to efficiently promote archives management and service to meet the development needs of the digital age.
