Under the background of the modernization of government governance,archival law enforcement is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.On the basis of analyzing the difficult problems such as legislative conflicts,law enforcement constraints and capacity shortcomings faced by archives law enforcement,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting the legal system,perfecting the law enforcement mechanism and strengthening the team construction,and discusses the ideas of building a long-term mechanism of archives law enforcement by strengthening the main responsibility,improving the performance assessment and creating a legal environment.The study pointed out that to solve the problems of archives law enforcement,we need to adhere to the problem orientation and goal orientation,continue to work hard in institutional mechanism innovation,ability and quality improvement,and promote the archives law enforcement work to a new level.
