Legalization and Regularization of Police Archives Work and Modernization of Police Management
At present,the police archives work is faced with problems such as the imperfect construction of the rule of law and the insufficient level of normalization,which has become an important factor restricting the modernization of police management.Starting from the construction of the police archives work under the rule of law,this paper systematically analyzes the main existing problems and new challenges,and puts forward suggestions to improve the legal system and the law enforcement guarantee mechanism.On this basis,the paper probes into the basic requirements,concrete measures and guarantee mechanism of the regularization construction of police archives.Finally,from the three aspects of building the intelligent police data resource system,improving the police file information sharing mechanism,and innovating the police management decision-making mode,the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions to promote the modernization of police management based on archive resources.
