Reform of University Archives Management Under the Background of Comprehensive Education Reform
Under the background of the new era,the Ministry of Education proposed to implement the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the conformal and high-quality development of higher education.University archives are the historical witness of the reform and development of universities,and have a basic and strategic position in various undertakings of universities.Although the current archives management in colleges and universities has made some achievements,it still faces some outstanding problems,such as obsolete service concept,imperfect system and mechanism,low information level and weak security awareness.Therefore,starting from the perspective of comprehensive education reform,based on the analysis of the current situation of university archives management,this paper explores the direction and path of the transformation of archives management under the new situation,and proposes strategies such as improving the top-level design,deepening the reform of system and mechanism,coordinating the development and utilization of resources,strengthening team building,and expanding exchanges and cooperation.In order to provide reference for the modernization,specialization and standardization of university archives work in the new period.
