摘要
首先,从传统修复技艺的发展、现代科技在修复技艺中的应用、修复技艺的创新发展思路三个维度,探讨了历史典籍档案修复技艺的起源与发展趋势.其次,分析了师徒口传心授、专业院校教育、多方合作三种修复技艺传承模式的特点、优势与不足.再次,从构建多维度立体化人才能力模型、优化人才培养与使用机制、创新人才职业发展路径等方面,提出了新时代历史典籍档案修复人才培养的对策建议,以期为传承发展中华优秀传统文化、建设社会主义文化强国提供人才支撑.
Abstract
Firstly,this paper discusses the origin and development trend of historical archives restoration techniques from three dimensions:the development of traditional restoration techniques,the application of modern science and technology in restoration techniques,and the innovative development ideas of restoration techniques.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of three modes of restoration skill inheritance,namely,instructor-apprentice oral instruction,professional college education and multi-party cooperation.Thirdly,from the aspects of constructing multidimensional multidimensional talent ability model,optimizing talent training and use mechanism,and innovating talent career development path,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of historical classics archives restoration talents in the new era,in order to provide talents support for inheriting and developing excellent traditional Chinese culture and building a socialist cultural power.
