In order to deal with the problems of weak grid structure,small cross-section capacity of the power grid and inability to meet the growing demand for clean heating loads in Hainan area in Qinghai,a practical solution to guarantee load access is proposed in this paper based on the specific analysis of the nature of clean heating load and the adjustment of the power grid operation mode,and a relay protection transformation scheme is proposed based on the existing devices to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.
