摘要

随着我国新能源的迅速发展,火电机组深度调峰已成为必然趋势.北方地区火电机组在灵活性改造上运用较多的技术有低压缸切缸、高低压旁路改造、电锅炉改造等.某电厂结合自身实际对机组进行了低压缸微出力改造,并在改造后对机组的调峰能力、调峰收益进行了分析,结果表明:极寒期、初末寒期最大采暖抽汽工况时,机组深度调峰能力分别提高了 54.94 MW、50.5 MW,在一个供热期可以取得深度调峰收益约294万元的效果.

Abstract

With the rapid development of new energy in China,deep peak regulation of thermal power units has become an inevi-table trend.In the flexible transformation of thermal power units in northern China,there are many technologies such as low-pressure cylinder cutting,high and low pressure bypass transformation,and electric boiler transformation,etc.A power plant has carried out mi-cro-output transformation of low-pressure cylinder based on its own practice,and peak load capacity and peak load benefit of the unit after the transformation is analyzed.The results show that in extreme cold period,early and late cold period under maximum heating and steam extraction conditions,the deep peak regulation capacity of the unit is increased by 54.94 MW and 50.5 MW respectively.And in a single heating period,the deep peak regulation income can reach about 2.94 million yuan.
