摘要

"双碳"背景下,电-碳结合市场的运行机制将成为我国深入探索低碳循环发展的重要实践路径,随着能源行业发展逐步规范化、精细化,亟须对微能源网进行低碳研究.在工业型微能源网系统基础上,以微能源网利益最大为目标,考虑碳交易成本、碳税成本与综合需求响应补贴,构建了一种碳交易与碳税结合机制下考虑综合需求响应的微能源网优化调度模型,实现了微能源网的低碳经济调度.

Abstract

Under the background of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality",the operation mechanism of the electric-carbon combined market will become an important practice path for China to deeply explore low-carbon cycle development.With the gradual standardization and refinement of the development of the energy industry,it is urgent to conduct low-carbon research on micro-energy grids.On the basis of industrial micro-energy grid system,with carbon trading costs,carbon tax costs and comprehensive demand re-sponse subsidies taken into account,an optimal dispatch model of micro-energy grid considering comprehensive demand response un-der the combination mechanism of carbon trading and carbon tax is constructed,to maximize the benefits of micro-energy grids,thus the low-carbon economic dispatch of micro-energy grid is realized.
