In this paper,taking 300 MW unit spot trading in power grid as an example,the deep blending and firing model is es-tablished.Firstly,according to the characteristic parameters of various coal sources,the optimal parameter ratio of primary coal and sec-ondary coal is determined,and different firing methods are adopted in different load sections to meet the normal output requirements of the unit and improve the operation economy of the unit at the same time.Then,based on a large number of actual operation data of the unit,the change trend of key indexes such as power consumption rate,coal consumption of power supply and failure rate of auxiliary machinery in plants are determined.The results show that,after coal blending and firing,the average power consumption rate of the unit plant increases by 0.645%,the average coal consumption of power supply unit increases by 1.889 g/(kW·h),boiler efficiency de-creases by an average of 1.34%,the maintenance rate of boiler auxiliary machinery increases by about 10%,and fuel costs reduce by 3.47%.According to comprehensive calculation of the average annual power supply of the unit,the fuel cost is saved by about 68 mil-lion yuan each year.
