摘要

对某350 MW机组循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器在运行和检修中出现的飞灰含碳量大、返料流化风压力经常出现脉动、分离器靶区磨损严重、中心筒变形等问题进行了分析,针对出现的问题,提出了中心筒加固、中心筒缩口、增加入口水平烟道通流截面、增加入口水平烟道自动清灰装置、回料阀风帽局部扩孔等改造措施.改造后运行结果表明:床温降低18~30℃,分离器压降增加200 Pa,飞灰含碳量降低约1.1%,分离器效率显著提升,并且靶区浇注料磨损和中心筒变形的问题也得到了根治.

Abstract

The problems such as high carbon content of fly ash,frequent fluctuation of return fluidized air pressure,serious wear of the separator target area and deformation of the center cylinder in the operation and maintenance of a circulating fluidized bed boiler cyclone separator of 350 MW unit are analyzed.In order to deal with the problems,some measures are proposed,such as strengthening the center cylinder,shrinking the center cylinder,increasing the flow section of the inlet horizontal flue,adding the automatic ash re-moval device of the inlet horizontal flue,reaming local air cap of the return valve and so on.The operation results after transformation show that the bed temperature is reduced by 18~30 ℃,eparator pressure drop increases by 200 Pa,the carbon content of fly ash is re-duced by about 1.1%,and the separator efficiency has been significantly improved.Moreover,the problems of castable wear in the tar-get area and the deformation of the center cylinder have also been eliminated.
