Study on the Risk-Constrained Urban and Rural Two-Echelon Cash-in-Transit Vehicle Routing Problem
Cold chain logistics is a key link in the transportation of fresh food.As the main tool of cold chain logistics transportation, pure electric refrigerated vehicles can not only effectively guarantee the quality of fresh food, but also meet the requirements of national"energy conservation and emission reduction".Therefore, the cold chain logistics distribution involving pure electric refrigerated vehicles is studied.Firstly, the actual energy consumption of pure electric refrigerated vehicles under time-varying network is comprehensively analyzed.Under the constraints of vehicle load capacity, battery capacity and customer time windows,an optimization model with the minimum total distribution cost is established. Then the Saving method and Tabu Search algorithm are designed according to the model characteristics. Finally, the availability of the model and algorithm is verified by the actual location data of a supermarket chain in Chongqing.
