摘要

为了更好地实现页岩气资源高效绿色开发,针对页岩气开发承包商绿色开发能力进行评价.借鉴普通建筑企业竞争力与绿色施工能力的评价标准,结合页岩气开发承包商的特点,通过文献频率统计及专家经验确定了页岩气开发承包商绿色开发能力的评价准则与指标.基于直觉模糊熵确定评价准则及指标权重,通过直觉模糊加权平均算子构建集成的页岩气开发承包商直觉模糊决策矩阵.给出了基于直觉模糊多属性群决策与TOPSIS法相结合的页岩气开发绿色承包商的选择及页岩气承包商的绿色开发能力评价的方法.最后通过数值模型分析验证了该方法的可行性与有效性.

Abstract

In order to better realize the efficient and green development of shale gas resources,the green development ability of shale gas development contractors is evaluated.Based on the evaluation criteria of competitiveness and green construction ability of common construction enterprises,combined with the characteristics of shale gas development contractors,the evalu-ation criteria and indicators of green development ability of shale gas development contractors are determined through literature frequency statistics and expert experience.The evaluation criteria and index weights are determined based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy,and the in-tuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator is used to construct the integrated intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix for shale gas development contractors.An evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision and TOPSIS method is proposed to select the green contractor of shale gas development and evaluate the green development ability of shale gas contractor.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by numerical model analysis.
