Research on the Evaluation Index System of Monopoly Behavior of Platform Enterprises Based on the Perspective of Non-Price Competition
Digital platform enterprises have the characteristics of bilateral market,which makes the traditional anti-monopoly competition investigation paradigm applied to unilateral market difficult to adapt.In order to optimize and supplement the competition investigation paradigm of platform based enterprises,this article summarizes the sources and symbols of market power of platform based enterprises,considers non price competition,constructs a set of platform based enterprise monopoly determination indicator system from three aspects:internal factors,external factors,and market behavior,and applies this indicator system to score the monopoly situation of digital shopping platform enterprises,Finally,it was found that the monopoly threshold of digital shopping platform enterprises was between 61.06 and 59.18.Finally,considering the problems existing in the current digital platform anti-monopoly and the current international anti-monopoly situation,this paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of anti-monopoly policy from the aspects of the construction of regulatory platform,non price competition and cross-border operation.
