A Study on the Collaborative Development of Heterogeneous Labor Force and Regional Innovation Efficiency Under the Background of Spatial Spillover Effect——Based on the Perspective of Nonlinear Evolution
Heterogeneous labor,as one of the most dynamic and productive innovation fac-tors,its adaptation to innovation efficiency has a key and direct effect on the overall innovation and development of a region and even a country.By analyzing real-life scenarios and domes-tic and foreign literatures, this paper establishes a co-evolution model with spatial diffusion effects,it is easy to find that due to the complexity of heterogeneous labor force selection and the spillover effect of innovation system,it is often impossible to reach a unified conclusion on the two researches. Therefore,we build a nonlinear co-evolution model with spatial spillover effect is established by using the logistic equation in complexity science. The study found that the eastern innovation efficiency is higher than that of the central and western regions, followed by the central region, and the change of innovation efficiency in the east is mainly affected by scale efficiency, while the central and western regions are affected by technological efficiency. At the same time, the diffusion capacity of the eastern heterogeneous labor force and innovation efficiency is the strongest, the central part is in the critical state, and the west is the passive absorption. We also found that the heterogeneous labor force and improvement of efficiency has the promotion relationship in the east and the central, while the west shows the"extrusion"evolution of the two agents.
