摘要

采用区位熵法将省级投入产出表转换为该省下辖城市投入产出表,然后以城市投入产出表为基础,编制城市交通运输业卫星账户流量表,定量测算城市交通运输行业对国内生产总值的直接贡献、间接贡献和完全贡献.通过以广州市为例进行测算,将测算结果与广州市统计数据、交通行业发展实际情况,及国外发展经验值进行对比分析,进一步验证了该方法的合理性和可行性.对于没有编制投入产出表的城市,假设研究对象城市与所在省份具有类似消耗结构的投入产出表,测算得到城市交通运输业对经济的直接贡献和间接贡献值,测算结果为交通运输行业科学管理与决策提供了依据.

Abstract

In this paper,the provincial input-output table is converted into the input-output table of the city under the administration of the province by the location entropy method.Then,based on the input-output table,the satellite account flow table of the urban transport industry is prepared to quantitatively measure the direct contribution,indirect contribution and full contribution of the urban transport industry to the GDP.By taking Guangzhou City as an example,the calculation results are compared with the statistical data of Guangzhou city,the actual development situation of the traffic industry,and the development experience of foreign countries,which further verified the rationality and feasibility of this method.For cities without input-output tables,this paper assumes that the study object city and the province have input-output tables with similar consumption structure,and the direct and indirect contributions of urban transportation industry to the economy can be calculated.The results obtained by this method can provide a basis for scientific management and decision-making of the transportation industry.
