基于多源数据的科技型中小企业风险评估研究

科技型中小企业是国家创新体系建设的重要主体,客观认识科技型中小企业运行中的风险因素并进行有效评估,有助于企业和政府及时识别防范潜在风险,从而降低风险带来的不良影响。根据科技型中小企业的运行特点梳理了其风险诱发因素,从行业、融资、合规、财务、创新等角度构建了科技型中小企业的风险评估指标体系,根据不同来源数据指标的特征选取了针对性的数学评价模型对企业内外部风险进行评估。在此基础上,以北京市353家科技型中小企业为样本,基于该指标体系采集了企业实际运行的多源数据,并构建风险评估模型进行实证检验,结果显示该模型对于科技型中小企业具有较强的适用性和可靠性,本研究也为政府部门制定精准扶持政策提供了参考依据。
A Conjecture Involving the Smarandache LCM Function
Technological SMEs are an important carrier of technological innovation and an important engine of economic growth in our country.However,the uncertainty of techno-logical innovation and the instability of SME operations have led to relatively high risks for technological SMEs.Based on the characteristics and risk inducing factors of technology-based SMEs,this paper constructs a risk assessment index system for technology-based SMEs based on internal and external data sources of different dimensions,and adopts the DEA model and fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate internal and external risks,according to the different data characteristics of internal and external risk indicators.On this basis,more than 300 high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing were selected as samples,and an em-pirical analysis was carried out using this evaluation system.It was found that the model has strong applicability and reliability for technology-based SMEs.
