具有不同群体的区分高低危人群的H7N9禽流感模型

摘要
为了研究H7N9的传播过程,考虑到养殖场禽类与菜市场禽类对人类的传染率不同,建立了具有不同群体的区分高低危人群的H7N9禽流感模型.通过动力学分析,得到模型的基本再生数及平衡点的存在性,并利用雅克比矩阵和Lyapunov函数给出了系统平衡点的稳定性条件.最后通过数值模拟验证了理论结果并给出了预防禽流感的有效措施.
Abstract
In order to study the transmission process of H7N9,taking into account the different transmission rates of poultry in farms and poultry in vegetable markets to humans,an H7N9 avian influenza model with different groups of high and low risk groups was estab-lished.Through dynamic analysis,the basics of the model were obtained.The existence of the regeneration number and the equilibrium point,and the Jacobian matrix and Lyapunov function are used to give the stability conditions of the system equilibrium point.Finally,the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulation and effective measures to prevent avian influenza are given.
